I developed enLīven Wellness Life Coaching built upon my Masters of Education in Counseling and over 10 years in practice as a school psychologist. I reinvented myself as a life coach using what I've learned as an educator, psychologist, instructional coach & consultant. I now leverage these skills & techniques in my coaching practice helping early to mid-career clients transform their lives with metamorphic solutions.

My insights on learning, behavior change, facilitation, and spirituality effectively guide clients in better understanding themselves and the influences on their behaviors, both supportive and inhibiting, to break through barriers allowing the best of them to shine through.
