Bio: Todd is an accomplished C-Level executive with more than 25 years of industry experience in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and logistics. His leadership experience ranges from Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in mid-size privately held organizations to executive roles such as Vice President for a Fortune 24 corporation. His international background includes a 9-year expatriate assignment in China and possesses strong business acumen within North America, Asia, and Europe.
Todd has a passion for developing people and organizations through leadership principles that drive employee engagement, facilitate cross-functional problem-solving, and generate ownership for results. He has a talent for aligning the mission of an organization with the personal goals of employees and translating those synergies into tangible business results.
He holds an MBA from Rutgers University, an MS in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He holds a Master's Certificate in Organization Behavior from Harvard University and a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University.
Todd is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University.
