About Me

Since 2011 I have received coaching and shortly after desired to share this with others and in 2013 I began coaching students. I have a BS in Criminal Justice and Sociology, completed coach training in 2019, coached for a company in Dubai, UAE from 2019-2021, and now I am working on my Masters in Divinity. Over the years I have developed a philosophy of coaching that tailor fits my coaching sessions to each individual with a variety of tools. At the same time knowing humanity has a desire to be understood and to know purpose, I hold tightly to intentional listening and intentional questions. Lastly, In order to create this time and space for development we need patience with ourselves and perseverance in ourselves.
