About Me

Most of all, as a Professional Coach I am not better, or smarter, or more experienced in life than anyone else. I merely have learned that my previous professional and personal encounters have made me able to be really good at directing others thoughts in a way that helps them consciously understand what drives them on a deep level, and then take real world action to align with that. I have earned an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Human Services and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I have spent over ten years (2004-present) working in the behavioral health field specializing in working with individuals whom are dual diagnosed with mental health and substance abuse issues. Most of all, I motivate my clients positively to move forward through their own self control.
