About Me

Timothy has spent the last fifteen years creating and managing personal change to help people meet their goals and reach their full potential. He is equally focused on helping establish long term-goals and in transforming current behavior to support goal attainment while meeting immediate needs. Timothy has extensive experience and expertise in both individual and group settings. He intimately understands that change is a collaborative process in a system of organizations, individuals and change agents, he seamlessly leverages the process, as the catalyst, to ensure goals are reached
Timothy was educated at the University of California at Santa Cruz. He obtained his degree in theater arts with an additional focus in psychology. He speaks French fluently as a result of six years of residence in France. In 2001 he co-founded an S Corp, which continues to gross in excess of four million dollars annually, that focuses on creating and managing change in dysfunctional families. Timothy was its chief operational officer for ten years. He received his coaching certification from the Academy of coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
The hallmarks of Timothy’s success as coach of both individuals and teams are patient listening and deep understanding that lead to a unique grasp of the levers of positive change that achieves results. His clients continuously report that the result of their work with Timothy is the ability to identify their own true intentions, translate them to action plans and see them to successful conclusions. They also report that he has an uncanny ability to earn the trust and respect of all members of a team as a critical step to bring about change that works and lasts.
