Did you know business coaching has changed in the last decade, and even more since I started in the industry in 1997. It often fails to produce great results.

After ten years it became obvious business owners needed ready to use systems as well, not just coaching.

That led me to developing a whole suite of ready-to-use systems, templates, and measuring tools that all service and manufacturing businesses need, to rapidly increase leads, sales, profits and cash flow, while freeing up the business owners time.

If you have owned a business for a few years, have a few or dozens of employees, you sure know about having no time to work "ON" your business, about struggling for cash flow, about unreliable employees, and that a lot of marketing just doesn't work.

All of these, plus dozens more challenges like it, are what all business owners are experiencing. These common challenges are what I've solved using dozens of systems, templates and measuring tools that are 95% complete, and just need minor customising for any business.

Instead of "coaching" you, i.e. asking you lots of questions for an hour a week, I've evolved my service into training (with workbooks and digital systems) on how to rapidly implement systems, and measuring tools and templates, which save hundreds of hours of your time.

You don't pay expensive hourly rates of $400 to $1,000 per hour as most (good) coaches charge. I train small group of business owners, (with 3 to 5 in a group) on implementing strategies for lead generation, selling, conversion rates, team building, recruitment, systems, planning and increasing cash in the bank.

Best of all, the price is way lower for my 20 years of experience, and the results are fantastic!

In small groups you learn from others as well, discussing and hearing their results of solving the same challenges you have. There's also one on one support as well.
