About Me

Hi, I’m Tim.

Look, I’m an enabler. All of my life I’ve gravitated towards activities where I’m teaching, coaching and managing people to be super successful in achieving their goals. My biggest thrill is working with others to achieve or surpass something they didn’t think possible. So we’re going to do that.

When we work together, I’m going to share with you a coaching model that was taught to me. We’ll use this together to tackle topics you want to cover and we’ll build your ability to use this model yourself. My goal at the end of our sessions is to enable you to be wildly successful in coaching yourself and helping you break down circumstances that you feel are blocking you or holding you back. Think of me as your training wheels as you develop your own ability to coach yourself.

I spent 20 years in the tech industry leading and managing teams. Everything was going according to plan until one day I work up in a role, one that I had wanted for years, only to realize this job that I had dreamed for, was not at all aligned with who I was as a person. It was absolutely unfulfilling and very disorienting.

So I got a coach.

We worked quickly and I was able to identify jobs and activities that bring me fulfillment and happiness. I also learned a model that I use to self coach. And now I want to share it all with you.
