About Me

Hey everyone! My name is Theresa Loren and I am a Professional Life Coach, Addiction and Recovery Coach, Career Coach, Relationship Coach, and work with clients on indentifying their goals, dreams and aspirations, identifying goals and action steps, and acieving those goals. it is our duty and skill-set to know the right questions to ask and have the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.

We believe that You, the client, are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. Only You can recognize what is absolutely best for you. We are simply experts in the coaching process. As your coach, we help you discover what your own personal "best" might be. We offer suggestions and guidance, however it is up to you to decide which route you will take.

Every day we have the power and responsibility to make choices, or to do anything at all. The choices we make range from profound to trivial and each one has an effect that can make our lives either more fulfilling or less fulfilling, more balanced or less balanced, which will eventually make our process of living more effective or less effective.
