Theresa Collins is the Owner and Principal Business Consultant of Beacon Organizational Consulting. She brings over 15 years of experience in the business and organizational development industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Development with a Training emphasis and a double Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Change & Development with a Law & Justice emphasis.

Theresa has extensive professional and personal experience specifically in the areas of small business, community projects, events, and services.

Community service and involvement are key values for Theresa. She is a past board member of Foster Families & Friends, founding board member with the Boys & Girls Club of Manitowoc County, a past mayor-appointed member of the Citizen Advisory Council for the city of Manitowoc, a Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Future 15 Award recipient, and has also served on the boards of a mental health clubhouse and CASA, among others.
