About Me

I love learning about the psychology of the body and interpersonal relationships and bring this passion into my sessions. The human experience is too complex to reduce, I use an integrative approach as we explore the interrelation of your brain, mind, and relationships.

Bringing 'brain science', psychology, and increasing awareness of and connection to your bodily experience, we will explore your hopes, goals, and concerns about relationships, sexuality, and sexual experiences. I help clients acknowledge and honor the integral importance of sexuality and highlight its art, playfulness, and expansive power.

With a sex-positive perspective and welcoming acceptance, I accompany individuals and couples as they explore their sexual expression, needs, fantasies, preferences, and curiosities as well as their difficulties. We will identify opportunities for cultivating skills that can deeper your physical and emotional connection with your Self and others. Ultimately, you'll create a more pleasurable, satisfying, and fulfilling sex life and intimate relationships.
