About Me

From an early age, I aspired to become a psychotherapist. I was curious to understand human behavior and inner world, questioning who am I, what is happiness and how to create it. I initially pursued degree in management of the foreign economic activity. Later, I returned to my passion for human behavior and earned a second degree in psychology.

I built a successful career in a corporate world, ultimately leading a department of 25 people. At the same time, I began exploring and fulfilling my own dreams. A turning point came in 2012 when I realized that there wouldn't be a second chance to fulfill my dreams but this LIFE. That was a year of deep transformations and personal discovery.

In 2013 I fulfilled my cherished dream to do a round-the-world trip and became one of the first Ukrainian women who did that. I embraced the expat journey and lived in different countries: Ukraine, Kuwait, Spain and now Denmark. I learned to pilot a plane, ran my own business, created a family and impacted sustainable changes. Those were also my dreams. What's even more important, I discovered who am I, what is my life mission, where to find happiness and how to create a strong support system to navigate life's changes and challenges.

When I discovered coaching, I knew it was the perfect alignment of my skills and passions. Coaching focuses on actionable steps toward future goals, helps people to make meaningful changes in the present to create the life they envision.

My coaching approach is holistic, viewing each person as a system where the body, emotions, and mind are interconnected. Together, we will work to uncover your potential, overcome challenges and create a future that aligns with your true desires and true self.
