I coach globally and virtually, being based in Evora, Alentejo, Portugal. I create a safe and energizing space where clients feel seen, challenged, and supported. As an EMCC Senior Practitioner with 8 years of coaching experience, I work with leaders navigating change, growth, and complexity. My background spans HR and general management, and I hold a Master’s in Leadership Coaching (MPhil). I draw from a rich toolkit that includes the Enneagram, Gallup Strengths, integral coaching and positive psychology methodologies —adapting each process to your unique personality and goals.
