I always thought it was cool to have a mentor/coach/therapist, someone you can talk to openly, share all your doubts, and discuss everything that bothers you and what you want to work on. I met Tesa by chance at a small lecture I attended with my parents. The lecture was titled something like "For a Successful 2024." After the lecture, I started having individual sessions with Tesa. Personal development is currently very important to me, and I decided to dedicate myself to it. With Tesa, I worked on communication, recognizing my own and others' personalities, and the approach towards them. Later, we also worked on discovering how to organize my time to be as effective as possible. All of it really helped me become comfortable working towards and achieving my goals, understanding others as well as myself, and realizing what I actually want and what I should prioritize. I completed nine hours with Tesa and now feel very confident about how and what I'm doing. I believe that everyone my age, in the phase of maturing but also anyone in doubts or lost should treat themselves to something similar.
