About Me

If you are a middle aged woman struggling with lack of energy, perimenopause, and an empty nest, all while attempting to fulfill the demands of a home, a family, and a job, I can definitely help you! An extremely unique and powerful combination, I am a neurologist, certified life and health coach (Heath Coach Institute), mother of 4 grown up kids, and wife. My genuine passion and interest in helping other middle aged women like myself, to become the best version of themselves through this stage of their lives, motivated me to start this coaching journey.
My mission is to guide and support my clients toward a balanced and healthy life in an atmosphere of total confidentiality, warmth, compassion, and commitment. My approach offers clients tools to help develop new healthy and sustainable habits that improve their quality of life, boost energy and focus, and inspire them to become their best version through their achievements, supported by my knowledge in medicine, chronic conditions, and understanding of medical vocabulary. You will feel energetic and in control of your life, while learning to set new and healthy boundaries and placing you at the top of your priorities list.
