About Me

I have lived in seeing the potential of others. Having an awareness of their pain and fear that inevitably holds them back from being their authentic selves, the person that they dream about, the person that they wish deeply in their hearts that they could be.

In my over 20 year career in healthcare, I have had the pleasure to help people realize their potential, tackle their fears, and move into confidence, succeed in areas that they once deemed impossible. Unfortunately, the deeper hurts and experiences could not be explored or healed in this environment, and it dawned on me that helping people was my life’s purpose, and that is what drove me to show up to work every day.

My true passion in life is helping people know that the past can be healed, believe in themselves, discover the understanding of genuinely living, develop their self-esteem, increase their self-confidence, set boundaries and release the pain and fear that has made them feel stuck or cannot see any way out.

I introduce myself as a Gestalt Life Coach. A Life Coach is someone who helps with your life; they assist in the issues and habits of today to create a new perspective and new habits. Life Coaches are wonderful for all areas of a person’s life, life balance, relationships, and career, etc., because you are the common denominator in everything you do. A Gestaltist takes all that goodness and goes to the root to allow the client to release and heal.

I will help you discover those not so positive parts that are getting in your way. I will guide you through reframing, refocusing, rewriting, and releasing to be able to move forward with strength, self-compassion, and self-confidence, to name a few.
