He has studied yoga, tai chi, chi gong, Zen meditation and has advanced training in the Reiki method of natural healing.

Ted combines his life experiences and humor with his expertise in coaching to help his clients move past their limitations and explore what is possible for them and their lives. In addition to being a published author, he is a sought-after speaker and educator, teaching classes and workshops on wealth attraction, motivation, self hypnosis, and goal achievement.
