About Me

I'm pursing my Master's in Clinical Psychology but I want to start helping people now! I have a Bachelor's in Health and Human Physiology with a minor in Human Relations. Throughout my undergrad I studied nutrition, fitness, and mental health. I took life coaching classes mental health classes such as substance abuse, psychology, and anxiety. I was a student athlete all four years so I have a strong understanding of nutrition and exercise. My education is very well rounded, focusing on both the mental and physical parts of health.
