About Me

My superpower is being able to help the person in front of me put into words what they've been unable to. To help your unique self clarify what you want and strategize an action plan to accomplish it. We do so while understanding the specific obstacles you face without judgment.

You can't get from where you are to where you're going if you're swallowed by school or personal debt, unclear of your goals, constantly paying the BIPOC tax when you do make money, drowning in a toxic work environment, unsure of solutions, or dealing with everyone but yourself. I get it. I've been there. And I want to help you get to the other side so you can experience the fruits of your labor.

I have spent this century as a massage therapist, social justice activist, and body-centered therapist. I see coaching as a creative collaboration between me and you. As a dancer, actor, and writer I love working with all types of creatives. But scientists are super cool, too. And I'm happy to geek out on food, travel, culture and binge-worthy shows.

Now I'm on a mission to help coach marginalized folks into the lives they deserve to live. Women, BIPOC and queer-identified folks shouldn't feel like they're scraping by, accommodating people's biases or apologizing for nothing they've done wrong. We should be able to charge a living wage for the skills and value we bring. No more catering to bosses or coworkers or personal relationships committed to misunderstanding you just to get crumbs. We should be able to marry who we love or present our authentic selves without worrying about being shunned. There's room for you at this table. Let's get you nourished.
