I am a Certified Professional Coach, yoga teacher, and a paralegal for the past 20 years.

As a certified coach, I would love to help you navigate any challenges that life has placed in front of you.

Life can be complicated, and It is not always possible to talk with a friend, colleague or family member who will listen patiently without passing judgment, even if they do not mean to do so.

This is when a neutral and confidential party can make all the difference; while I may give you an opinion if you ask, it will always be from the standpoint of what you believe will work for you, and as someone who is in your corner.

My job is to give you a sounding board, a place to discuss any difficulties, vent if needed, and work towards a more peaceful daily life.
