About Me

I am a coach, visionary, leader, and entrepreneur who works to create extraordinary leadership through transformation. When
working with individuals or organizations, my goal is simple: Have you
dream bigger than you have ever done before, then begin to take the
small actions.

My clients include World-Class Athletes, Entrepreneurs, Executives, Authors & Writers, Engineers, Government Managers and more. They have spanned the World including across North America, United Kingdom, South Africa, and New Zealand.

I bring an entrepreneurial background of owning/operating a home building company at the age of 19, then a successful career in financial planning where my 2-person Team was recognized in the top 3% of Canada. I won an award for leadership and community service, had insights published in Wealth Professional Magazine, and received two professional designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

It wasn't until I became a Coach that I felt fulfilled. I performed at a high-level but couldn't own it. I actually thought "fake it 'till you make it" was a way of life. My friends, colleagues, and even my wife didn't understand my frustrations when I felt like a fraud because I was achieving at a high level. Being a high performer, I understand how you aren't alone but it can feel lonely. I work with my clients to step into their greatness; to own who they are and what they can do, so they can truly reach their goals.
