About Me

From 2013-2018 I was trapped in loops & spirals reflecting my emotional state, filled with detrimental thoughts & behaviors. During this time, I was nothing but tears, curse words & bad decisions. I matched energy—good, bad, & ugly. That time has passed, & now I walk with the Lord on His straight & narrow path. His word is my guide & my guardrails. Today, I stand as a woman of God, Christ-fearing, worshipper of the Almighty, a wife, a mother, a grandmother (angel), a sister, aunt, cousin, friend, & your future coach
About Me:
• Social Butterfly: being a social butterfly allows me to connect with others through friendships & social events with high energy
• Loyalty: is valuable & it fosters trust & creates strong relationships.
• Health & wellness: I overcame diabetes in 60 days by changing my diet & adopting healthy habits. I created a routine to exercise regularly, maintain a balanced diet, & practice self-care to ensure my well-being.
• Leadership: My ability to lead & follow shows versatility.
• Extremely organized: organization plays a crucial role in my personal life & business.
• My goal: to keep Soaring High & partner w/ you on your journey to health, happiness, & meaningful connections & decisions!
Faith in Action
From 2019 to 2024, I served as a life coach for young adults aged 17-21 who had aged out of the foster care/ group homes. This experience helped me grow as a life coach & develop various strategies to engage & maintain attention spans and energy levels. I am always full of energy & ready to provide the support my clients need in the way they need it.
MY WHY:
I obtained a Certified & Master Life Coaching Certificate, March 2024. The reason for shifting from supporting foster care kids to adult women is I recognized the need to coach women out of their loops & spirals of bad decisions, helping them learn to create & maintain boundaries for healthier relationships & self-Love
