About Me
As a transformational coach and facilitator, I am passionate about helping you transform your life. I create a trusting space for you to explore yourself at a deeper level, increasing your awareness, enabling you to tap into your potential, remove limiting beliefs and take actions to transform your life.
My life has been a journey of personal self-discovery and transformation since 2007 and I believe that within each one of us lies a deep yearning to connect to our true selves, our spiritual essence – from here we are able to access our core strengths and express ourselves openly, authentically and transparently. We discover an inner freedom which enables us to move through our lives more easily and effortlessly, regardless of what is happening in the world around us.
For over 12 years, I have been supporting organisations in developing a more empowering working environment for their employees to grow and perform to their fullest potential.
I speak fluent Italian and am available for coaching in Italian as well.
