Hello! I’m Dr. Tammy Young owner of Transcend the Bar Unlimited. Life is a journey through which we are always learning and changing. Sometimes navigating that journey isn’t always clear. I have a PhD in Educational Psychology and am certified in Performance Improvement. I teach others how to overcome mental and emotional roadblocks and propel themselves toward greatness. I am also a Certified Workforce Development Professional with years of experience providing career coaching and advising. I work with clients to identify untapped skills and abilities to make career changes or launch businesses.

My coaching focuses on awareness of the whole self and creating an environment for growth in multiple areas of your life. I can help you understand what motivates you and what impacts your momentum. I help you set realistic measurable goals and establish clear professional and personal boundaries in your life.

As a spiritual consultant and ordained officiant, I can help you recenter your life and renew your faith and focus.
