About Me

Hello! I am a certified and experienced professional life coach. I earned my master's degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of WI - Madison in 1997, becoming a licensed professional counselor in 1999. While using life coaching skills with clients during career, in 2021 I started my own career transition to obtain and become a certified professional counselor. Throughout my career, I have practiced individualized, positive approaches to facilitating personal growth and change with my clients. My background, life experience and success with people of various ages, histories and goals, helps me to understand and guide you on your unique path and reclaim your own power.

Together, we will help you learn what is working in your life and what isn't, doing this at a pace that is not overwhelming. Prior to our first session, you will share the goals you are wanting to achieve, and we will begin to tailor your journey. My philosophy is there is only one you, so your journey will be customized to you. I will work beside you as you explore your belief systems, relationships, and routines to create long term sustainable changes. Check ins between sessions, homework, or journaling may be utilized to keep you accountable and increase your success. My coaching facilitates transformation towards clarity and a renewed sense of self.
