About Me

I always wanted to be a helper. Initially as a Licensed Professional Counselor, then by offering therapeutic massage and energy healing, and finally as a coach, I've continued my helping journey. I still enjoy the healing abilities of energy work, and can incorporate that with in-person clients.

Through my own experience and my educational background and ongoing training, I learned a lot about mindfulness and stress management, which I use with coaching clients. I became certified in EFT/Tapping when I saw how helpful it is to release emotional blocks, then HeartMath, when I learned heart-brain meditation with a HM practitioner.

A number of years ago I became aware of the traits of Highly Sensitive Persons. Of course, I always knew I was highly sensitive, I just didn't realize that up to 20% of other people were too---there were others out there who understood me! This was life changing for me and I began my journey of learning how to cope and to turn my sensitivities into strengths. Now I help HSP clients do the same, and to realize that the trait can actually become their Super Power.

I see clients in person in the Central Oregon area, and online from anywhere. Coaching and EFT work just fine virtually and it's great to be able to help people locally and from throughout the country.
