Tamika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, an Honours Degree in Coaching, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Coaching. Tamika has worn various hats in leadership and management roles in various industries, such as finance, non-profit organizations, and the hospitality industry.

Tamika offers various services, from personal coaching to professional coaching and workshops, intending to personally and professionally develop individuals for long-term results and growth.
