About Me

Hi and thanks for checking in. To begin, I have a masters degree in counseling and am certified as a Parenting Coach. I've also worked with kids for decades and am a mom of three grown girls, two of which are twins. So, I GET IT.

Clients I work with are individuals, couples, caregivers, and teachers who are seeking support with emotional dysregulation and solving problems regarding listening and responsibilities. My goal is to help you feel seen and heard while you share your struggles and then supporting your use of the suggested tools to solve your most concerning behaviors.

Parenting is the hardest job I've ever done and can be so overwhelming. As a coach, I'm not here to judge or critique you. Instead, I will walk alongside you as you begin to interact and show up for your kids in a new way through learning what they need in order to behave differently. I will gently nudge and stretch your mind and will always be your biggest cheerleader. It would be an honor to work with you.
