About Me

Hi, my name is Tamara and I call myself a Self-love Coach. I believe that the level of self-love determines the level of your life-quality.

I embarked my journey of self-growth and healing after my divorce. That event made me find myself at a low point of my self-love. I felt stuck, lost and scared.

With my first Life Coach I was able to pick myself up again and live my life in a completely new way. I felt more joy, faith, and self-confidence. It was empowering! Therefore, I continued with that way of living and decided to became a Life Coach myself.

I got my Spiritual Life Coach Certification in 2019 from the Life Purpose Institute. Some other certifications are the following:
- NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner
- Yoga Nidra and Meditation Teacher
- Past Life Regression Facilitator

Depending on my clients' needs and where they are at, I like to implement mindfulness and mindset tools to manage emotions and develop a positive outlook on life. It all starts within, which is why I guide my clients deep. Working on the subconscious and "reprogramming" it is an essential part of my work and transformative.

I mainly direct my clients' focus on the future, on their vision and on what they really want to create in this lifetime. Sometimes, there are obstacles appearing along the way. That gives us an opportunity to go back in time to heal old wounds in order to move forward.
