About Me

Having spent a decade as a successfully self-employed medical massage therapist before entering the corporate world, with my BS in business management, I felt the “late” start would work against me. Fortunately, my gut feeling on the change was right on and I began seeing where my skills of finding the source of problems within the body were directly aligned with finding sources of improvement for my employer.
Encouraged by the green light from the CEO to do more than the quality control I signed on for: I lead an international team tasked with reinventing the vision, strategy, and reach of the multi-million-dollar digital assets firm (affiliated with one of the largest consumer goods producers in the world) for future growth.
While getting the real-world experience of leading teams and changing business strategy I was simultaneously earning my graduate degree (Masters of Science in Management and Leadership).
With formal education enhancing my practical initiatives, I began to champion the notion that company culture can make or break a business just as much as the operations and marketing. To develop profitable businesses in today’s knowledge worker environment, we must be self-leaders utilizing not only data in decision making but body, mind, and spirit.
Having discovered my propensity and passion for coaching others and taking my simple methods to other entrepreneurs, executives, and teams worldwide, I am now coaching full time, to deliver leaders everywhere, the ability to bring out the best in themselves and others.
I use methods honed as a massage therapist and trauma-informed change leader, with True Body Project, to connect the full potential of the mind and body in changing lives; coupled with the practical experience of creative problem solving, consistency, building relationships, and data-driven decision making to bring you a truly holistic idea of coaching cultural & individual change for organizational and personal success.
