In 2003 I was diagnosed with clinical depression, sentenced to a life on medication, after trying every medication doctors could place me on, I decided in 2007 it was enough.

In 2008 I decided to change my life and within 6 months I was free from any anxiety, overwhelm and depression.

I decided to give back to the world finding my purpose in teaching kung fu, becoming a teacher was something I had always dreamt of, soon after my graduation I set up my own school, teaching and coaching high level entrepreneurs the art of life-balance.

Growing as a professional in my coaching field I became a certified master practitioner of the science of success INLP to further help my clients achieve fast life changing outcomes.

Now living my dream, fast forwarding to today I've coached thousands of people the art of mindfulness, meditation and self discipline becoming Sydney's highly sought after private martial arts mentor, inspirational speaker and transformational life coach.
