About Me

Chieng has been coaching and training leaders for more than 10 years since 2009. He believes that every individual is unique and full of potentials and possibilities that he empowers people to explore, expose and experience through his services. He also develops people holistically from academic excellence to skills development to career achievement to purpose fulfillment.

Dedicated in nurturing the emerging leaders, he trains, coaches and mentors them to be the leaders of the next generations. He also conducts events such as camps, trainings, seminars, workshops and gives talks pertaining to human development.

He has coached clients from various background from doctor, director, entrepreneur, graduates as well as students. He also coaches people who are going through transitions in different phases of their personal lives (i.e. newly weds, first-time parents, retirement, grieving, etc.) and professional lives (i.e. entrepreneurship, career progression, leadership, succession and legacy planning, etc.).
