Being a graduate in Mechanical Engineering, serving in various roles over a decade in education, project management, leadership and coaching, I believe I can help you thrive in your quest for greater professional development, becoming an effective leader and working on a holistic approach toward self-growth.

My coaching style includes active listening, compassionate questioning, providing partnership and accountability in fulfilling action plans - all in the context of trust, safety and confidentiality. I also provide interactive assessments and simple projects for documenting progress tracking.
