About Me

As a break-up and relationship coach, I help high-achieving individuals heal, and feel whole and secure in themselves, so they can show up confidently in their lives and cultivate healthier relationships.

My coaching approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, tailored to meet you where you are in your healing process. With over seven years of personal development experience and having navigated through several breakups myself, I'm passionate about assisting others on their journey of healing, self-discovery, practicing self-love, and becoming safe and secure in themselves and their relationships.

Through my customized, 1:1 coaching, I’ll help you process your emotions, identify your core wounds and triggers, and come up with healthy coping strategies so that you heal, improve your self-love, and show up as the best version of yourself in all aspects of your life, in and out of relationships.
