About Me

The first 8 years of my professional life were spent working in Toronto, Canada’s Marketing and Ad industry as a full time Art Director. I was successful too. I had a well paying job, an apartment I ADORED and a partner I was convinced was THE ONE.

And then THE ONE, decided he wasn’t. I was devastated. But this was a major turning point for me. A difficult time that helped me find courage, growth and a whole new life. A life that I’m really proud of today.

Today I am an entrepreneur – something I had wanted to be all along. I’ve worked as a freelance designer as well as a yoga instructor. I became certified as a life coach and had a general practice in that for 5 years. And now, I help other new and aspiring solopreneurs who are charting a similar course. People who want to build a meaningful and joyful existence that they love.

I believe that entrepreneurship is a powerful way to enact change in the world and that the more thoughtful, heart-centered people that we have in business, the more of a positive impact we can make. This is why I’m here and it’s why I love what I do.

I also love dogs. Singing around campfires with my buds. Road trips. Nice dinners out where I get to be fancy. And heart-to-heart conversations.
