About Me
Hi, I'm Swati.
I was born in Mangalore and raised in Mumbai (Bombay), India. I currently reside in Dubai with my husband and children.
I started my career as a Montessori Directress, where I had the opportunity to work with young children between the age group of 1.5-5 yrs.
My journey as a daughter, teacher, wife and a parent, powered my passion to support women and strengthened my belief;- 'When you Empower a Woman, you Empower a Nation'!. This realization paved my way to becoming a Certified Life Coach, my niche being 'Women Empowerment'.
After the birth of my children, I decided to put my career on hold to be a full-time mother to my daughter and son. This journey steered me towards becoming a 'Parenting Coach'.
I understand the challenges that we women face when it comes to balancing our own needs with the daily demands of work, marriage, parenting, home, society and that's where I would like to offer my personalized support to help you realize and achieve your goals.
I am here to offer my undivided attention, to listen and brainstorm with you until we find a path that is best suited for you now and in long term.
I often feel, that we as women, have always stood in our own way because when it comes to accomplishing our professional targets or acing our children's school projects or fulfilling household chores, we get cracking without second guessing our capabilities. But when it comes to working on ourselves, we are always reluctant and unsure.
Whether it is you getting your fitness levels on track or managing your anxiety levels or getting back to your career after a sabbatical because your children are independent enough and you have more time to pursue your own interests or to just find more clarity and worth in your life independent of family, I would like to accompany you in your journey towards a better version of yourself, where you feel like the most authentic version of yourself.

My coach Swati has been extremely instrumental in helping me set goals with my lifestyle that felt like an impossible task to handle on my own. She encouraged me to find a great balance with my work hours , exercise routine and diet.
