Swati Churadiya is a multi-faceted Life-Coach, Trainer, Career Counselor & Therapist with various Education Institutes, Corporates & Individuals.

Swati has more than 10 years of work experience in the field of Business HR & People management within banking, media & education start-ups; like ICICI Bank, BBDO group, ODA & True School of Music. Her core expertise has been into conflict management, cross-cultural engagements, L&D and into coaching high potential leaders.

She is a certified professional Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation), NLP Practitioner, Transpersonal Hypnotherapist & Human Lab member of Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) who is pursuing her PhD in psychology. Her coaching approach & connect to her clients is not only scientific but also intuitive & even spiritual, which makes the entire client’s journey very natural & effective. She practices various therapies to resolve deep-routed issues & to unleash potential. Her most renowned work is around helping professionals, students & artists find their calling & choose the career they are meant for.

Swati is also an entrepreneur who is independently running her Dance Academy, Ada Kyra Dance in Mumbai since 9 years. As an International performing artist & a master teacher of dance & Yoga, Swati has taught & groomed more than 5000 people across the world & has represented India on various international platforms of Arts.
