About Me
My coaching style is very friendly and relaxed. I create a peaceful, safe environment where you can be free to express yourself. All sessions are srtrictly confidential and I abide by New Hampshire State Laws regarding this.
I use Skilled Listening and ask thought provoking questions as we explore where you want to go in Life, problem areas, personal growth or just resurecting forgotten goals. I like to use Skype ( srichards7 ) but telephone calls are fine. First session is complimentary to be sure we are a good match.
