About Me

I have greater than 30 years experience as a Board certified Primary Care and Addiction Medicine physician.

My previous work dealt primarily, similarly to other physicians, with diagnosing and treating the end-results of illness.

I retired from that type of focus and now have a Life Coaching practice that deals holistically with substance abuse issues as well as depression and anxiety disorders, whether related or not to substance abuse. This is geared mainly for busy executives and professionals who suffer disproportionately from these issues due to constant demands and pressures they face daily.
