About Me

You feel stuck in your career, feel like you’re failing at both work and home, and feel overwhelmed at the state of the world. I’ll give you a clear plan on how to get promoted, balance professional and personal life, and put that passion for a better world into action!

I’m the founder of Rebel Leaders, and I help women get sh*t done while the world is on fire. After 15 years in corporate sales and business development, I can teach you how to communicate clearly, ask for what you want, and build a solid network of people who will show up for you when you need it. I have successfully founded two companies and have lived the realities of what it takes to create professional growth.

As a mother of three kids, I know the particular challenge of showing up to work after staying up all night with a toddler, or missing a soccer game because of a late-running client meeting. I’ve helped working moms get more practical help from their husbands, create time for activities that are just for them, and stop the guilt that comes with feeling like you’re never enough.

And, just like you, I am more than my job title! I have been a women’s yoga teacher for over two decades, and I bring this somatic lens to all my coaching engagements. Our bodies hold wisdom, and I firmly believe that mindfulness practices are critical leadership skills. As a Gestalt certified coach, I help women learn how to be present and bring their whole selves to work.

My MA in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice informs my burning passion to see more women in leadership roles so we can finally build an equitable and inclusive world. I bring a realistic and honest approach when I’m coaching women: we are trying to succeed in a world that was not built for us. We work on effective strategies to identify and overcome the harmful realities of sexism and racism.
