About Me
I'm a Mum to three young children. Whilst working part-time and experiencing serious illness within my family, I experienced a long period off work with chronic fatigue. During this time, I reexamined my life and focused on reducing stress and finding a fulfilling life based on my goals and values. I've an Advanced Diploma in Life Coaching (Distinction) from the Online Learning Council and I've completed the cognitive behavioural therapy-based STEPS Course. My background is in IT development, test and consulting.
During coaching, we'll have honest, open conversations about personal issues. To get the most from coaching, you need to commit to sessions and the process.
During our first meeting, I'll agree goals with you and plan sessions. We'll agree together what will be covered each week. You remain in charge of the direction we take. I'll help you reflect on your results, help motivate you, but be flexible enough to change direction if you want. I'll constructively challenge and stretch you.
Confidentiality: Everything said and written between us is kept strictly confidential and stored securely by me. This is essential to build trust between us.
How are sessions delivered? Sessions are an hour long can be delivered online by Skype (call, video or messaging), FaceTime or email. You'll be allocated a specific slot each week. If you work shifts and can't commit to a specific time-slot, you can book email coaching.

"I attended coaching to help improve my depression. We worked on what were the most important aspects of my life, what I enjoyed and identified stress. Susanne gave me the skills to take back control of my life and move forward at my own pace. The benefits of these sessions are that I am able to plan my time much more effectively. I ensure I am getting out, being sociable, enjoy hobbies and interests. I can identify stress and feel much more able to cope. Therefore, I feel much happier and more confident. At each session, Susanne was relaxed, organised and non-judgemental. I found her to be friendly, supportive and dedicated to helping me."

"The coaching sessions were not what I had expected, they were much better. Susanne is a kind and thoughtful individual who helped steer me through some tough thought provoking exercises.??? With Susanne’s help I managed to look at things objectively and realistically. Gauging what’s ahead can be difficult but with the positive support Susanne gives, you can see what is and what is not do-able. ?? Sensitive to my needs, Susanne steered the discussions with care and consideration. I could not have asked for more or better guidance."
