About Me

With a career spanning over 25 years in expatriate welfare, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings around the world—as an employee, an employer representative, a volunteer, a spouse, and a mother.

I have firsthand experience of everyday life in Germany, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as the journey of returning to Finland. Additionally, I have gained shorter work experience in Scotland, Thailand, and Belgium.

As a work counselor and professional coach, I have been described as an encouraging and positive companion, supporting my clients on their path toward achieving their personal goals. Together, we explore how behavioral patterns, thoughts, emotions, contradictions, and relationships influence individuals, teams, and organizations in adapting to challenges and change.

With experience in education, public administration, social services, and business, I have worked with expatriates—including professionals, team leaders, expat spouses, and volunteers.

I bring a positive, calm, and energetic presence to my work. My approach is inclusive, pragmatic, and supportive.
