About Me

I am a lifelong learner and teacher who spent 24 years in the school setting, one year in staffing, and over four years in job training adults with disabilities. These experiences, along with other life events, led me to Life Coaching. In 2020-21 I worked with Clear Inner Focus and earned my Cerificate in Life Coaching. I have made the leap away from a traditional job to the entrepreneurial world of Life Coaching. I look forward to walking with people, helping them tap into the wisdom they possess, and guiding them with useful tools and exercises so they can lead the life they are meant to live.
