I was at a stage of my life when I felt really stuck. I need to be specific but still unclear how specific i need to be. I know I need to believe in myself and be more confident, but I dont know how. As I explored and reached out for help and resources, I found susan as my life coach. I felt happy to express my thoughts at a safe space. With no judgement. I felt comfortable and supported. Through coaching with Susan, I can express my thoughts in a safe space. Not living in my own mind all the time. And subsequently we lay down actual action plans which I am encouraged to act on. I felt I am out of the maze and able to head towards the right directions again! I know what skills I need to improve on and have clearer thoughts to how to do it! I feel more in control of my life now.

Being an effective leader is always my challenge. Couple with my introvert and impatience personalities have further escalate the difficulty in achieving my goal. Thank God that I met Susan (via a friend of mine) who knew my struggle. Through the 6 months journey, her passion in guiding me has greatly impact not just my career advancement, my way of thinking but also my family life. She made me realise many aspects that perhaps i have known, but not in practice.(Its my ego trait). Now my life is more structured. I have moved out from being a task manager to a young leader. My goals are with proper counsel steps. It is hard to describe in words on Susans enthusiasm in coaching. But deeply, i feel her. I shall continue my business relationship to be mentored and coached by Susan.

I was in the middle of a career transition when I started my coaching journey with my coach, Susan Fong. I was in a state of confusion, filled with self-doubt and unable to decide in which direction to move ahead. My sessions with Susan gave me an opportunity to look at my situation from a fresh perspective, overcome my self-limiting beliefs and plan ahead with positivity & clarity of thought. She was my sounding board where I felt very safe to express myself and deliberate on the possibilities I could explore in my career. Susan enabled me to set clearly defined goals and realistic action steps towards achieving them. When I began working with Susan I was scattered and trying to do too many things at once. I wasnt making any progress with my new business and was stressed out, ready to give up the little progress Id made. From the start of our coaching sessions, Susan helped me narrow my focus to what was most important, which gave me the chance to save my energy. Now when I work on my business I take bitesized chunks out of each project and actually make real progress. I came to Susan because I felt overwhelmed with cluttered ideas on where I want to go with my career. She is highly organized with her thought process that she was able to put structure into my thinking and planning.
