About Me
My journey into coaching wasn’t a direct path but rather a series of pivotal moments that shaped my perspective. I’ve always been drawn to understanding what propels people towards their goals and what holds them back. It was a personal experience that sparked my passion for coaching. As a dentist and practice owner by profession, I’ve been honored to be in the position of helping patients with their dental needs, operate a business using my entrepreneurial skills, and mentor and inspire staff in personal and professional goals. Being in the profession for a decade has given me the confidence and experience to share my mentorship, business, and life skills further through coaching. Apart from business and career, my life experiences have also given me insight in general well being, personal day to day goal setting, seeking motivation when difficult, mindset shifts to optimism, and also diving deep into relationships whether with a romantic partner, friendships, or family.

My experience with Sundas Idrees was amazing. I needed guidance regarding my new project and I reach out to Sundas for advice since she is very experienced. Sundas was generous enough to speak with me on the phone for more than an hour give me tips and advices and guiding me to towards the right direction. I was able to take her advice and implement them and they helped me alot in improving my project. Dr. Sundas is a great professional and career coach! In just one session, we were able to discuss so much from medical school to a business to life in general. We were able to tackle the challenge of finding a career path with my college education and current job.
