My long stint in L&D has given me a deep understanding on how the human mind learns & adapts. Most of our learning happens through our life experiences. Last few years I have had a lot of up's and down's in my life both on personal and professional front and they had left me feeling stuck in a cycle, in order to break that, I decided to hire a coach to help me with my professional journey. I understood I am stuck and not able to find my way out and I had this long list of reasons which I felt if addressed could help me. Working with coach Sucharita I understood I was focusing on the outside when the problem was on the inside. Sucharita not only helped me uncover my blocks and they way I was viewing everything but also helped me break the patterns. Her small exercises helped me immensely with the understanding that how I was looking at things in just the negative way and if just changed my perspective towards things, it would bring about a sea change in my life. When she suggested 12 weeks of coaching I was a bit skeptical but believing in her and going ahead with full 12 weeks program that customized for me was a life changer. It helped me realise that knowing something and actually being able to practice it are two very different things and they require time and effort. Thank you coach!
