About Me

I am an Executive and Leadership Coach, with a background of 24 years in the Indian Navy, where I commanded 2 warships and served onboard 3 submarines and 5 other ships. I have also been the Chief Instructor at the Naval Academy. In my Corporate Avatar, I have been the COO of a start-up, head of a strategic business unit, global head of a vertical in a pharmaceutical mnc, followed by regional operational head ANZ before devoting myself full time to coaching. In addition to my ICF credential, have been personally trained by the world's No 1 Executive Coach, Marshall Goldsmith and am dual certified as MGSCC and MGLOF. I am father to 4 daughters, two of who study in the Melbourne Uni and my better half is a teacher in one of Melbourne's well regarded Universities. I have helped a lot of individual clients struggling to get ahead in their personal lives.
