About Me

I am a coach dedicated to supporting adults who are late-diagnosed, undiagnosed, or navigating neurodiversity-related challenges, including ADHD and executive dysfunction. My work focuses on empowering clients to manage difficulties with time management, focus, organization, and the overwhelm that often leads to burnout—all while embracing their unique strengths.

With a background in mental health and wellness, I bring years of experience alongside specialized training in ADHD and neurodiversity-focused methodologies. As an ICF ACC-certified coach with additional ADHD coaching certification (PCAC), I use evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

I believe neurodiversity is a strength, not a limitation. Through compassionate, collaborative coaching, I help clients uncover their unique abilities, build systems that work with their natural rhythms, and create sustainable strategies for personal and professional success. Beyond one-to-one coaching, I facilitate workshops, mastermind groups, and courses focused on the intersection of neurodiversity and wellness.
