I am a dedicated coach specializing in supporting adults who have been late diagnosed with neurodiversity, such as ADHD or other related conditions. My work focuses on empowering clients to navigate the unique challenges they face, including time management, focus, organization, and the overwhelming feelings that often lead to burnout.

With a background in mental health and wellness, I combine years of hands-on experience with specialized training in ADHD and neurodiversity-focused methodologies. My approach is informed by an ICF ACC certification, and ADHD coaching certification, ensuring evidence-based strategies tailored to the individual needs of my clients.

I believe neurodiversity is a strength, not a limitation. Through compassionate, collaborative coaching, I help my clients uncover their unique abilities, develop systems that honor their natural rhythms, and create sustainable strategies for personal and professional success.
