About Me

I have been leading change and building high performing teams in traditional corporations for over 20 years. I learned early in my career that it is simply not enough to have the best ideas and brightest people. As an engineer by training, communication and people skills did not come natural to me. I became fascinated by finding better ways for myself and my teams. Now I guide other leaders on their journey.

At ZZEE partners, I work with people that are driven to put a dent in the universe, but do not consider themselves natural born leaders. I help them unpack leadership, culture, and collaboration challenges, run experiments, and scale solutions with confidence.
