About Me

34 years I have coached, healed and trained individuals to achieve their targets/objectives and today I am still excited and motivated to help people get what they need and want. The only thing that has changed is the invaluable knowledge and experience I have gained over 4 decades. I, of course, have gained lots of qualifications over that time, however, those will never compare to the time and experience I have shared with my customers.

I help you gain a sense of control and restore hope, it's about being solution-focused, not problem-focused, so you are not looking at how awful it is you feel but how you like to feel. As your coach I'm not necessarily looking at the heart of the issue, I'm clarifying that yes it happened to you, are their ways to make it safer, and what do you want your life to look like now.
