About Me

I was given desire to safeguard marriage and relationships later in life. The professional distance prescribed to by counselors didn't fit my empathetic personality. Coaching on the other had was ideal. It allows me to invest in the client and the process.
20 years of small group leadership led to a desire for more, to make a deeper impact on the lives of the people I taught. My wife and I started Bridge Builder to working with couples from pre-marriage to marriage in crisis in 2013. Building and rebuilding the bridges of relationship, I followed that up quickly with certification from Lifeforming Leadership Coaching that same year. Over the past three years I have worked with churches, couples, and individuals from ages 8 to 60. The passion is always to light the path to a healthier, happier life. Earlier this year I added a Jimmy Evan's Marriage on the Rock certification, as part of my desire to improve and expand my coaching techniques.
It is my purpose to help you find and achieve yours. Often you are closer than you think. It may be as simple helping you change your perspective, a new vantage point can allow you to see your solution. At other times it may involve deeper more substantive issues, dealing with inner vows and facing hard truths. I am committed to helping you make the changes needed to grow you past your issues. Bridge Builder wants you to having stronger connections, better relationships, and healthier outlook.
